PuppyPack is a high end dog subscription box that sends the finest items directly to your door every month based on your pups profile! Each month, you will receive an exclusive, custom-tailored box of dog treats and accessories that include teething rings, tennis balls, bones, treats and more! The best part is, boxes rotate each month so your pup will never receive the same items.

To sign up, simply head on over to our homepage and press ‘Get Started’, and fill out your pups info. After you’ve done that, choose your box and you’re good to go! No commitments!

Each PuppyPack includes 5 items every month! You will receive a variety of toys, treats and accessories depending on your pups characteristics. We source all our products from trusted vendors that carry the brands you know and trust. We never send the same items and all of our toys are hand picked by our team. All doggy treats are sourced from the USA and Canada.

Once you have purchased a subscription, you will need to create an account using the same email you used to purchase a subscription. Once you have done that, you will be able to update your payment information, your address, and edit your subscription.

Once you sign up, you will be charged immediately at checkout. We will then send you a box every month until you cancel your subscription. The best part is, there are no cancellation fees! You must cancel your subscription 5 days before the end of the month to not be charged for the following month. 

No worries! Just send us an email including your pups new size and we will make the adjustment for you!

Cancelling your is easy! First, login to your account at the top right corner of the screen. Then, under your account, there will be a button that says 'Manage Subscription'. Press the button and scroll down to where it says 'Cancel Subscription'. Accept your cancellation and thats it! Or, send us an email and we will cancel your subscription for you!

For USA customers, your first box will ship in about 3-5 days after placing your order and will arrive in about 4-5 days. Following boxes will ship on the 15th of each month. For international customers, your first box will ship immediately and will arrive within 7-10 days.

Yes, shipping in the contiguous USA is always free. We charge $5 to ship to Canada and $7 for international orders.

Yes, we ship to Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. We charge $7 per box for international orders and $5 to Canada.

Upon sign up, you will be charged immediately and on the 1st of each month thereafter. For example, if you order on August 28th, you will be charged on September 1st as well for your next months box. You are able to cancel your subscription at anytime.

We do not offer full or partial refunds or returns for our subscriptions. You can cancel your subscription at anytime.
